Report Transport Damage
Upon receiving your delivery, it is very important to carefully inspect the package. If you suspect that the shipment is damaged, please follow the instructions below:
- Take photos of the package before opening it.
If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging, take clear photos immediately at the time of delivery or pickup. - Check the contents right away.
If any item inside is damaged, also take photos clearly showing the damage to the product. - Contact us immediately.
Please reply to your order confirmation email and include all relevant photos. This will help us process your claim as quickly as possible.
