How can I see the shipping cost for my product?
All shipping costs are clearly shown in our store when you add the desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. It’s important that you choose the correct type of shipping suitable for your product and its dimensions. If the wrong option is selected, we will contact you to adjust your order accordingly. Alternatively, the order may be cancelled if no suitable alternative can be agreed upon.
Can I pick up my order at your warehouse in Bara?
No, it is not possible to collect your order from our location in Bara
Why is the shipping cost not included in the product price?
We never include the shipping cost in the product price. We believe in transparent pricing, allowing you to always see exactly what you are paying for. Therefore, shipping is always shown separately in the checkout.
This means that if you order only a single product, the shipping cost may seem relatively high in proportion to the product price. However, when you order several products in the same order, the shipping cost remains almost the same. This makes it especially advantageous to order multiple products at once, as the shipping cost is distributed across more items – and any quantity discounts often more than compensate for the full shipping cost.
Shipping costs are always clearly displayed at checkout. During the high season (April – September), customers may also choose to pick up their orders from our warehouse in Bara (Malmö) by appointment.
Delivery on a Specific Date ?
We sometimes receive requests from customers who would like their delivery to arrive on an exact date. We fully understand that this can be important, for example in connection with renovations, moving, or planned installation.
As all our products are made to measure based on each customer’s specifications, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date.
The delivery time provided at the time of ordering is an estimate. Once your products are completed, they are automatically dispatched from the factory to your address or to a pickup point. For this reason, we are not able to hold or schedule an order to match a specific delivery date.
In many cases, orders may be completed earlier than estimated depending on the current production workload. However, delays may also occur due to factors such as material shortages, public holidays, vacation periods, transport delays, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
If you require your products for a specific occasion, we recommend placing your order well in advance and allowing for a time margin.
For deliveries to a pickup point, you will usually have several days to collect your parcel. If you are unable to collect it yourself, you can often authorize someone else to do so on your behalf, according to the carrier’s policies.
We always do our best to manufacture and ship each order as quickly and smoothly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date.
