Right of Withdrawal and Returns
At Persienner-Online, we sell both custom-made products and certain standard products/accessories. The rules regarding the right of withdrawal differ depending on the type of product purchased.
Custom-Made Products
The majority of our products are manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications, including dimensions, colour, fabric, control position, mounting options, or other selections made when placing the order.
In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
Examples of products that are normally custom-made include:
- Venetian Blinds
- Roller Blinds
- Day & Night Blinds
- Pleated Blinds
- Vertical Blinds
- Panel Blinds
- Blackout Blinds
- Any product manufactured according to customer-supplied dimensions or specifications
Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or returned due to a change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or any other customer-related reason.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event that a product is defective, damaged during transport, or incorrectly supplied.
Standard Products and Accessories
Certain products are covered by the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
Examples may include:
- Spare Parts
- Mounting Hardware
- Standard Accessories
- Products not manufactured according to customer specifications
For these products, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw from a purchase of a product eligible for withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please include the following information where possible:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- The product(s) you wish to return
Returning Products
Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Who Pays the Return Shipping Costs?
In the case of a withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that return shipping costs for large or bulky items may be substantial, depending on the size, weight and destination of the shipment.
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will refund:
- The purchase price of the product(s)
- The original standard delivery charge paid when placing the order
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided.
Complaints and Damaged Goods
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the rules regarding the right of withdrawal do not apply.

- Your order number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
If the complaint is approved, we will cover all reasonable costs associated with the return and any replacement shipment.
