Frequently asked questions about duo roller blinds Frequently asked questions about duo roller blinds

What is a duo roller blind?

A duo roller blind (also called zebra blind) has two fabric layers with alternating sheer and opaque stripes. By offsetting the layers you control how much light enters.

How does the light control work?

When the opaque stripes overlap, light is blocked. When offset so sheer stripes align, light flows through. Controlled via the chain mechanism.

Can I motorise a duo blind?

Yes, duo blinds are available with a 230 V mains motor or 24 V DC motor, both remote-controlled.

What colours are available?

We offer a wide range of neutral and modern colours — from white and grey to black and pastels.

Are duo blinds blackout?

Standard duo blinds are light-filtering but not fully blackout. They effectively block line-of-sight but allow some light through the sheer stripes.
