Roller Blind Installation Types
Each sun protection product can be installed in several different ways depending on the conditions and preferences.
Often it is necessary to consider the construction of the window, the available space around the window and purely decorative aspects.
In some cases you may want the blind to be as discreet as possible when not in use, while in other cases the intention is for the blind to be more visible and complement the rest of the interior design.
The level of light blocking is also important. For example, a generously sized roller blind with blackout fabric will always have a better darkening effect than a traditional venetian blind installed discreetly inside the window frame.
Installation Inside the Window Recess
This method provides a cleaner and more integrated appearance. The blind is installed inside the window recess.
Measure the width and height inside the window recess in several places to obtain accurate dimensions.
Installation Outside the Window Recess
This method is suitable when the window recess is too small or when you want to cover a larger part of the wall.
Measure the width and height of the area you want the blind to cover, including the desired overlap with the wall.
Special Installation
For windows with unusual shapes or limited space, special installation may be required.
