Delivery Notification and Tracking
When your order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with information about the planned delivery. This message also contains a tracking number and a tracking link, making it easy for you to follow your shipment.
How to Track Your Delivery
- Tracking: Click the tracking link in your delivery confirmation to check the current status of your shipment.
- Mobile App: We recommend installing the carrier’s app on your mobile phone to receive notifications and stay updated.
- Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility as the recipient to monitor the delivery status and stay informed through available channels.
Types of Delivery
- Delivery to a pickup point: You will receive an SMS when your package is ready for collection.
- Home delivery (bulky items): For larger deliveries, the shipment is delivered according to the carrier's local delivery schedule. You cannot choose the exact date or time for delivery.
If the carrier tries to reach you without success, they may attempt to contact you again. After that, the shipment will be held for up to 14 days before it is automatically returned if not collected or requested.
Important: Working Contact Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that both we and the carrier can reach you. Please make sure that your:
- Mobile number (for SMS and calls)
- Email address (for notifications)
...are accurate and up to date.
If the Delivery Fails
If delivery cannot be completed within 14 days due to failed communication, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, an additional shipping fee will apply for resending the order.
If you do not receive a delivery notification from the carrier within 7 days from the shipping date, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the status of your delivery.
If the customer is unavailable or in any way delays or postpones the delivery without a valid reason at the agreed delivery time, and the delivery must be rescheduled or returned, the customer will be charged for the actual additional cost according to the carrier’s price list.
