Terms, Conditions and Warranty
On this page you will find Persienner Online’s complete terms and conditions regarding purchases, payment methods, delivery, warranty and returns. The information applies to all orders of custom-made blinds and sun protection products, including roller blinds, venetian blinds, pleated blinds and awnings. We recommend that you read these terms carefully before placing an order.
Prices and VAT
All prices listed on persienner-online.se are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT unless otherwise specified.
Payment Methods
Card Payment
We offer secure card payments via trusted payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and comply with current security standards. PayPal also offers buyer protection, ensuring a safe and reliable payment process.
Invoice – Private Customers
Invoice payment for private customers is currently not available. As most of our products are custom-made and manufactured according to customer specifications, full payment must be completed before production begins.
SWISH
Payment via SWISH is made to our company number 123 596 4192 (ATW Handelspartner HB).
Invoice – Business Customers
Business customers may apply for payment by invoice, subject to approval. An invoice fee applies. Orders below SEK 2,000 excl. VAT are not eligible for invoicing. We reserve the right to decline invoice payments without stating a specific reason.
Delivery and Shipping
Orders are primarily shipped via Schenker. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your delivery. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping method if necessary to ensure optimal delivery quality.
Delivery Time
The normal delivery time is approximately 14 days. During peak seasons, longer delivery times may occur. The estimated dispatch date is provided when you place your order.
Warranty on Blinds and Sun Protection Products
We provide a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. After the warranty period has expired, we continue to offer support, spare parts and guidance to help you maintain and repair your products without the need for costly service visits.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Custom-Made Products
As our products are custom-made according to customer measurements and selections, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.
Right of Withdrawal Under Distance Selling Regulations
For non-custom-made products, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. According to applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure products such as blinds, pleated blinds and awnings.
Colour Variations and Product Images
Colours displayed on screens may differ from the actual product due to variations in screen settings and technology. We cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy. Product appearance may also change over time due to ongoing product development.
Return Conditions

- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Incomplete or damaged returns may be refused or subject to additional charges
Incorrect Orders and Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to correct or cancel any order affected by technical errors, incorrect pricing or inaccurate terms resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
