Claims for Damaged Goods or Incorrect Deliveries
If you have received a product that was damaged during delivery, or if you received the wrong item, we ask that you submit a claim as soon as possible – preferably within a few days of receiving the goods.
How to proceed:

      Reply to your order confirmation:
 To help us identify your order quickly, please submit your claim by replying directly to the email with your order confirmation. This ensures we receive:- Your name and address
- Your order number
- A list of the products you ordered
 
- 
      Attach clear photos:
 To help us assess the issue, please include:- Photos clearly showing the damage or the incorrect item
- If applicable, a photo of the packaging (especially in case of transport damage)
 It is very important to keep the original packaging until the case has been fully reviewed – both we and the shipping company may request documentation of the packaging.

      Avoid unnecessary delays:
 By providing complete information and clear documentation from the start, we can handle your claim more quickly and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
Important to note:
- Transport damage must be documented immediately upon delivery. If possible, report the issue directly to the carrier at the time of receipt.
- Incorrect items must be returned unused and only after we have requested a return, unless otherwise agreed.
- We will contact you as soon as we have reviewed your case with information on how we will proceed.
