Projection Screens – Front vs. Rear Projection
A front projection screen is used when the projector is placed in front of the screen, on the same side as the audience. This is the most common setup for home theaters, offices, and conference rooms.
A rear projection screen is used when the projector is placed behind the screen, projecting the image through the material toward the viewers. This method is often used in professional environments such as events or shop windows.
