How We Handle Orders
All incoming orders are processed in sequence according to our rolling production schedule. The first order placed will always be handled first – no exceptions or prioritizations are made.
Delivery Time Overview
- Custom-made products: usually 2–3 weeks. The exact time depends on where your order falls within the production cycle.
- Projector screens (in stock): normally dispatched within 2–3 days.
- Spare parts: shipped within 1–2 days after the payment has been registered.
